Two engagements for the Connecticut Building Congress. Web ops: ongoing maintenance of the cbc-ct.org WordPress site — plugin update cycles across staging and production, daily health checks, and homepage upkeep. Migration: led a full Box → SharePoint migration of 9,809 files across 13 committees using SPMT, then stood up 12 per-committee sites. Microsoft Teams was provisioned to the correct members per committee, with groups and access configured through Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365. A reusable PowerShell pre-wave scanner caught illegal characters, invisible spaces, 400-char URLs, and Windows MAX_PATH corruption before each wave.
Built a Design System v1.0 — color tokens, typography, a button system, card components, and sponsor-tier display — then implemented it across the CoreNet Global Connecticut/Westchester chapter site. Engineered within HigherLogic's constraints (inline styles only, no JS, responsive-image rules) around a pillar-based color system for Connect / Learn / Grow / Belong.
A premium home-renovation marketplace for the New York/Connecticut metro area. Full UX process — user research, journey mapping, wireframes, and a hi-fi Figma prototype with editorial Playfair Display aesthetics. Designed for contractors and homeowners.
A full-stack browser clicker game with a live global leaderboard powered by MySQL. Dark/light themes, difficulty multipliers, floating animations, and a retro recipe-card UX.
